Qualifications

  • What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree in a technical field or 2+ years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical environment.
  • Experience monitoring computer systems or working in a technical operations center is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix, Linux, AIX, VMS, DOS, and command-line environments.
  • Familiarity with FTP/SFTP file transfer protocols.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll proactively monitor enterprise systems, troubleshoot technical issues, respond to incidents, and help ensure our operations remain secure, reliable, and compliant 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • You'll work alongside software engineers, system administrators, and operations teams to maintain system performance while providing outstanding support to internal and external customers.
