Responsibilities

• As the Clinical Team Leader you will provide innovative, high-quality care to young people aged 13-18 who are suffering from acute mental illness.
• You will help lead the team providing high quality care to young people working in a supportive team to provide individual care to those within the unit in accordance with the integrated care programme approach.
• This role includes a £3,000 Recruitment Premium, with a payment of £1,500 upon completion of probation and £1,500 after 12 months in post.
