• Current or former CFO, or Deputy CFO of a leading tech firm.
• AI, Robotics, DeepTech, Hardware, Semiconductor or Autonomous Systems background
• Experience scaling companies from Series A-C through later-stage growth rounds
• Significant fundraising experience, including involvement in rounds exceeding $200M
• Strong investor relations and capital markets
• Exposure IPO or public company readiness experience
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving founder-led environment
