Qualifications
- Physical Therapist
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
- Active PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS certification
- NPTE completed or eligible
- Strong communication and patient care
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active OT license or eligibility for licensure
