Qualifications
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

- You will leverage your analytical
- and convert them into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications for the product team
- Work closely with the product team by contributing to the creation and maintenance of artifacts such as user stories, process flow diagrams, and test plans
- Participate in
- gathering sessions and review
- documentation with product management, users, and the product team
- Comprehend and communicate the potential risks and impacts of changes on systems, integrations, processes, users, UI/UX, and architecture
- Understand the objectives and value of proposed features and functionality to provide context, aiding the product team in developing effective solutions
- Participate in root cause analysis of data/process issues
- Discovery & Elicitation — lead the development and management of clear, detailed business
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all involved in the product/solution delivery lifecycle (product management, users, stakeholders, software engineers, cross-functional teams, and delivery) to understand and articulate business needs
