Qualifications

- We are looking for a person with Travel and Tourism industry experience to join our new Business Quality Assurance team and help us elevate the quality of our products to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve test quality and reliability from a business perspective
- Analyse test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with product teams to resolve issues
- Validate workflows with a business-focus to confirm the solution meets business needs
- Provide clear and concise demonstrations to stakeholders
- Ensure that the UAT environment, data, and processes accurately reflect production conditions
- Prepare, coordinate, support User Acceptance Testing and manage issues based on business impact
- Actively identify opportunities to optimize testing processes and improve efficiency
- Learn and work with Playwright or Cypress (and other modern automation
