JMA*** seeks a full-time experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to assist attorneys with visa petitions and related government applications.

Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, PERM, TN, I-140 and I-485
- 1-2 years INSZoom or other immigration database experience preferred
- Spanish fluency required
Responsibilities
- Prepare non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and related government applications
- Maintain email and phone communication with clients
- Review and organize application support documentation
- Track and follow up on critical dates
- Maintain and organize critical information in database and tracking software
- Create concise and organized written work products
- Research matters as directed by attorney and prepare detailed accounts
- Collaborate with team on immigration matters
