- Know the floor.

- Half your edge comes from inside the building.
- People should start coming to you because they know what you can source.
- Cold-reach suppliers, brands, and distributors who often don't reply.
- Email, call, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, in person.
- It's a numbers game.
