• Reviews routine gap, risk analysis and change management processes and identifies opportunities to enact change Percentage of Time on this Task - 20 % Root cause analysis in production and non production environment
• Assist in identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of problems within the production and nonproduction environment and perform fixes.
