Qualifications

- Fundamentally, we follow a Kanban-inspired approach, but we also take inspiration from Team Topologies, 12-factor, DevOps culture - and all the good agile practices that you have read about.
- Background: You are a mid engineer with generalist knowledge of product development concepts (software design, product
- work breakdown) and agile practices (TDD, CI/CD, architecture) and can apply them to solve well-defined problems independently and with your team.
- You are comfortable writing code in C#, Java or Python.
- Work-with-purpose: You can articulate the value of your own work in larger projects or team-wide goals.
- You have the space to own and deliver solutions and are comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving
- Have-courage: You are comfortable asking for and giving feedback.
- You help others when needed, and participate in debates, brainstorms, and other team conversations regularly.
- You build good relationships with your colleagues in Engineering, Product, and the wider company and are able to respectfully challenge each other to understand the problem and come up with the best solutions.

Responsibilities
- As part of the engineering team, you'll be working on a suite of innovative products that monitor over US$20 trillion in assets under management every single day, used by some of the world's largest Investment Managers.
- You will not be micro-managed - in fact, it's the opposite - you will be expected to take ownership of your work from Day 1.
