Qualifications

- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AVP Tech, Software Development Lead who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development utilizing .
- NET/Java, Angular/JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational databases with TDD approach
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with enterprise software development processes, including documentation through sequence diagrams, activity diagrams
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing microservices and implementing API-first design principles
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business challenges into effective technical solutions.
- Risk Assessment and Documentation: Conduct technical assessments of risks and issues, providing well-documented recommendations.
- Coordinate Solution Design: Collaborate with leaders from Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business to optimize speed to market.
- Coach and Mentor the Team: Guide the team in developing comprehensive technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines.
- Facilitate Communication: Maintain regular communication with both technical and non-technical groups.
- Champion an AI- and design-enabled engineering culture aligned with enterprise standards
- Define governance, guardrails, and best practices for AI usage and design-to-development workflows
