Responsibilities

• As an Associate Software Engineer in Test, you will leverage technical expertise in automation, business domain knowledge, and data analysis to deliver high-quality, reliable software.
• You will partner with engineering teams to build scalable testing solutions, reduce risk, and ensure applications meet business expectations with consistency and confidence.
• In this role, you will work with a team focused on improving product quality and delivery performance.
• You will partner with engineering and business teams to increase system reliability, reduce defects, and strengthen overall product health.
• Build and maintain automated test suites to validate product quality and release readiness
• Execute targeted manual testing where it adds the most value
• Enable teams with effective test management practices that improve delivery outcomes
• Partner with engineers to expand test coverage and reduce defect leakage
• Continuously improve testing strategies, tooling, and execution to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• The Expertise You Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ year of experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
