Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, coding bootcamp/code school certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year of relevant experience (including internships, academic projects, or bootcamp work)
- 1 year of experience with Linux (schooling can be included)
- 1 year of experience with Infrastructure as code and VMware
- 1 year of scripting, batch scripting and troubleshooting systems
- Foundational understanding of computer science concepts (e.g., data structures, basic algorithms, and/or system & infrastructure fundamentals)
- Familiarity with at least one programming language and basic platform development practices, preferably python
- Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Internship, co-op, or project experience building or contributing to cloud platform implementations
- Linux Certification
- Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git), testing practices, and debugging techniques
