Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, or equivalent) preferred
- 4–7+ years of experience in combination of strategy, business operations, consulting, or business development within pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or life science technology
- Strong scientific literacy with an understanding of oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas

Responsibilities
- You will serve as a central operational driver, taking ownership of ambiguous problems and establishing the rigorous alignment required to advance high-stakes clinical innovation.
- Think team by partnering directly with R&D, Product, Medical Affairs, and Commercial to advance initiatives, own follow-through, and ensure cross-functional alignment without translation layers
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and Competitive Intelligence in AI, genomics, and therapeutics to ground internal decision-making in data
- Use data to establish operational rigor, track priorities, and deliver unvarnished updates that push for clarity and outcome-driven action across the team
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including internal planning, Biomarker Strategy, and leadership-driven special projects
- Support external pharmaceutical and academic partnerships through materials preparation, internal alignment, and rigorous tracking of next steps
- Prepare materials for conference and stakeholder engagements, capturing actionable insights to refine internal strategy
- Operate without a finished playbook, applying data and structured thinking to untangle ambiguous problems and deliver actionable solutions
