• Doctorate degree and 3 years of Information Systems experience
• Master’s degree and 7 years of Information Systems experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of Information Systems experience
• Associate’s degree and 12 years of Information Systems experience
• High school diploma / GED and 14 years of Information Systems experience
• In addition to meeting at least one of the above
• you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources.
• Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above.
• Preferred
• Experience leading enterprise technology products or platforms supporting analytics, pricing, commercial operations, business intelligence, or AI-enabled business capabilities.

• The primary objective of this role is to translate business strategy into innovative technology capabilities while ensuring delivery excellence, operational stability, and measurable business value.
• You will lead multiple cross-functional Agile teams, drive innovation, strengthen partnerships across business and technology organizations, and continuously evolve products that support Amg***'s digital transformation.
• Serve as the technology leader for agile teams supporting Coverage Pricing Intelligence, CapAI, and Pricing capabilities, ensuring delivery aligns with business strategy, product vision, and organizational priorities.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, engineering teams, enterprise architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver scalable, sustainable technology solutions.
• Lead product execution by driving PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and dependency management to ensure successful delivery against committed objectives.
• Establish and monitor OKRs and delivery performance metrics, including predictability, flow, productivity, Spec-Driven Development (SDD), product adoption, operational health, and business value realization.
• Apply data-driven decision making to prioritize investments, measure product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance product capabilities and customer experience.
