- Where the Chief of Staff asks “are we focused on the right things?”, you are asking “how do we ensure this gets done?”

- Support on organisational design work e.g project managing executive hiring processes, working with internal stakeholders on job specs, interview design, candidate experience and onboarding.
- Work with the CEO Office to plan and execute company-wide events such as HIV*** Day, designing experiences that build connection, communicate direction and leave people energised.
- 1-5 years experience in a generalist, operations or founders associate role - ideally in a high growth startup.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication - you are able to write clearly and concisely, adapting the tone and format to different audiences.
- High EQ - you are able to build trust quickly across diverse stakeholders, can read a room, understand different perspectives and know when to push and when to listen.
- Low ego - you are comfortable operating behind the scenes.
- A team player - you are naturally collaborative and gravitate towards working with others, building relationships quickly and bringing people with you, rather than working around them.
- Adaptable - you are comfortable with change, energised by pace and genuinely curious about how things work and how they could be better.
