The Department Our Immigration Group advises both corporate and private clients across a diverse range of sectors including financial, pharmaceutical, media, legal, technology, creative industries, sports and fashion. We provide results-focused advice with an awareness of the nuances applicable to each industry and immigration category.

• In addition to advising on the full spectrum of UK immigration law, we also advise clients on their US immigration needs, providing comprehensive transatlantic immigration services for companies and individuals.

Responsibilities

• The role will involve advising on the following:
• Advising HNW and UNHW clients in respect of their UK immigration options.
• Advising clients wishing to establish a business in the UK.
• Advising on various work based visa categories.
• Advising companies on all aspects of sponsor licencing, Home Office compliance and right to work checks.
• Global Talent, innovator and start-up visa applications.
• Applications for EU Nationals under the EU Settlement Scheme.
• Applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.
• Applications for British Citizenship - often involving the exercise of discretion.
• Asylum, humanitarian protection and human rights claims.
• Strategic immigration advice.
