Qualifications

• Benchmark Group is looking for dynamic, talented individuals to fill our experienced Architectural Designer position.
• Minimum
• 3 years applicable work experience and demonstrated proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Preferred
• 2 years specific experience creating design documents, working in prototypical design, using families, detailing architectural elements, etc.
• Specialized experience or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design.
• The Experienced Architectural Designer will utilize architectural design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects.
• A strong understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects is required.
