Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited technical institution or college in drafting or design, architecture, engineering or a related field
  • 5-10 years of professional experience using Revit and AutoCAD for building-related projects
  • Experience developing and coordinating architectural construction documents
  • into drawings and BIM models
  • Demonstrated ability to modify standard and project‑specific architectural details to suit varying project conditions and design intent
  • Working knowledge of applicable building codes and standards as they relate to architectural documentation, with the ability to coordinate with architects or code consultants to address compliance questions
  • Experience managing worksets, visibility controls, and parameters within Revit families and schedules
  • Experience incorporating architectural specifications, notes, and

  • Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • As an Architectural BIM/CADD Designer, you will play a key role in the development and coordination of architectural construction documents.
  • You will draft and maintain BIM models and drawings that translate design intent into clear, accurate, and buildable construction documentation, supporting projects from design through construction.
  • You will work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and leadership as part of a multidisciplinary team to produce coordinated BIM models and drawing sets.
