Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, application architecture, and technology leadership
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise Java development, including Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, Hibernate) and related ecosystems
- Experience in software applications development, design principles, and solution architecture
- Deep understanding of data architecture principles and hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Hadoop), data warehousing, and big data

- Develop and contribute to key software components, leveraging hands-on coding expertise to mentor team members and promote software engineering excellence
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and engineering governance forums across multiple levels of the organization to improve software quality, consistency, and delivery efficiency
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including AI-assisted software development, test-driven development, DevOps, CI/CD automation, and secure coding standards
