Qualifications
- li>Operate with a business owner mindset by proactively identifying opportunities through analysis and product sense to enhance user experience, growth, and profitability.</li>
- li>Strong understanding of the consumer lending and credit industry, including lending economics, portfolio performance, and credit metrics.
- Experience supporting international lending markets, particularly Europe and/or APAC, is highly desirable.</li>
- li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitatively rigorous subject area such as statistics, mathematics, finance, or economics.</li>
- li>Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing.</li>
- li>Experience with SQL and performing statistical analysis using Python.</li>
- li>Experience simultaneously balancing multiple workstreams and prioritizing an analytics roadmap.</li>
