Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day processing of U.
- S Payroll Operations for a large organization including 129 paygroups supporting multiple frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly pay cycles).
- Review and ensure payroll activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Work closely with payroll vendors in ensuring all desktop procedures are updated and approved.
- Coordinate test payrolls with ADP, participate in testing, reviewing the outcome and troubleshooting issues.
- Review, audit and analyze data inputs including salary adjustments, bonuses, special calcs, deductions to minimize data errors, identify anomalies and ensure root-cause resolution for processing issues.
- Support various payroll initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, process improvements, key projects, and audits.
- Partner with RTX*** departments to research and resolve complex pay issues, proactively recommend and implement mitigation efforts to prevent recurrence.
- Generate reports to provide weekly payroll counts.
- Support the ongoing alignment of RTX*** payroll practices and governance standards.
