Qualifications

- WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5 or more years of experience with hands‑on expertise building AWS serverless applications with Node.js/TypeScript.
- Proficiency with AWS CDK, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and event‑driven patterns.
- Practical expertise with Amazon Connect and NICE (CXone/inContact) call routing and delivery capabilities across both platforms
- Strong experience building modern front‑end applications with Vue.js/Nuxt.js.
- Strong API development/integration experience (design, security, performance).
- A track record of automated testing (unit, integration) and CI/CD integration.
