AI Engineer

Job summary

Description: This position can be 100% remote in the United States or based in one of our office locations in selected states. We’re looking for a technically strong, product-minded AI Engineer to help design and develop intelligent capabilities directly within the software applications our customers and internal teams use every day.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features for our core business applications as an active member of a scrum team.
• Lead the design and development of AI-empowered product features that incorporate large language models, machine learning, structured data, and application context directly into business workflows.
• Collaborate with your scrum team, including product owners, project managers and QA, to plan, estimate, and deliver work each sprint.
• Integrate LLMs, machine learning services, internal data sources, and application APIs into existing systems with a focus on reliability, security, scalability, usability, and measurable business value.
• Build reusable services, APIs, prompts, data pipelines, evaluation patterns, and application components that allow AI-powered capabilities to be embedded consistently across business applications.
• Evaluate and prototype new AI
