Qualifications
- CI/CD Pipeline Engineering
- Design, build, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines that automate build, test, security scanning, and deployment of applications and infrastructure changes.
- Standardize pipeline patterns across teams/repositories to reduce duplication and increase deployment reliability and speed.
- Implement deployment safety mechanisms: automated testing gates, canary/blue-green deployments, rollback automation, and release approvals.
- Partner with development teams to identify and remove build/deploy friction, shortening lead time from commit to production.
- Monitor pipeline health and performance, proactively resolving bottlenecks and failures.
- General Engineering & Operations
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for infrastructure and deployment-related issues; contribute to blameless postmortems and follow-through on action items.
- Document infrastructure designs, pipeline architectures, and operational runbooks for team use.
- Mentor junior engineers on Terraform and CI/CD best practices as opportunities arise.
- Stay current with evolving Terraform, cloud provider, and CI/CD ecosystem capabilities, and bring recommendations back to the team.

Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Design, build, and maintain modular, reusable Terraform code for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure across dev, staging, and production environments.
- Implement and enforce Terraform state management, workspace strategy, and module versioning to support multiple teams safely.
- Establish and follow IaC best practices: code review standards, automated plan/apply workflows, drift detection, and policy-as-code guardrails.
- Identify and remediate technical debt in existing infrastructure code to improve maintainability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure infrastructure design aligns with security baselines and compliance
