Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Acton, MA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and systems using Visual Basic and SQL databases.
• Design and implement data acquisition and control systems using LabVIEW .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize electronic components and systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to ensure continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and control panels
• Create and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts
