Responsibilities

  • WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • As the senior administrative operations specialist for the UB/UBMS programs, you will serve as the primary resource for fiscal and administrative operations across four federally funded TRIO grants.
  • Working independently, you will oversee complex business operations while ensuring compliance with University, state, federal, and U.

  • Manage the fiscal and administrative operations of four federally funded TRIO Upward Bound grants.
  • Coordinate business operations, human resources administration, purchasing, travel, payroll, and financial transactions.
  • Monitor grant budgets, analyze fiscal data, and provide recommendations to program leadership to support informed financial and operational decisions.
  • Maintain enterprise data management systems and ensure the accuracy and integrity of program records and reporting.
  • Prepare and coordinate required federal, state, and institutional reports, including statistical and grant compliance reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative procedures and business processes to enhance program efficiency.
