Job summary
Gam*** is seeking an Account Manager for Enterprise Markets to manage relationships with large strategic accounts in the Telcom or SASE sectors. The role focuses on customer engagement, managing sales opportunities, and identifying new revenue opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in account management or relationship management in Telcom or SASE sectors
- Experience in managing networking accounts - WAN / SD-Wan
- Customer-oriented with an organized approach
- Track record of closing complex B2B solutions
- Track record of delivering against sales targets
- Ability to understand customer pain points and requirements
- Good listener and communicator at all business levels
- Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
- Flexible working hours to meet customer requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Support customers with day-to-day queries
- Manage monthly sales target for incremental sales and contract resigns
- Manage sales opportunities on Salesforce
- Be the expert on customers' buying process
- Engage with customers to build and expand relationships
- Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies
- Engage with customers to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
- Compile and present service reports for customers
- Provide updates on network infrastructure and maintenance
- Maintain awareness of UK market conditions and competitive landscape
- Work with Quality Assurance for sales verification and compliance
- Support order and project delivery teams with customer rollouts
- Identify and manage risks to resolution
